Celtic Credit Union will still be able to serve you at our branches in both Neath and Port Talbot if you need to see us in person.

We also offer a full range of online and digital services via our Mobile App and our website www.celticcreditunion.co.uk

Why do we need to do this?

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, most of our members managed their money by visiting us in person.

Since then, many of you are now choosing to deal with us online, on the telephone, or by using the Mobile App and the CCU Debit Card.

Each week fewer and fewer people are coming into the Swansea Branch and, as we are a not-for-profit organisation, it is no longer affordable for us to keep this branch open when it is used by so few people.

Although this news may be disappointing, please be reassured that we are still here to support you with access to safe savings, affordable loans and much more through our branches in Neath and Port Talbot as well as on the telephone, via our online banking facility and the CCU Mobile App.
