Banking Issue - Cooperative Bank
Latest update:- Coop has resolved the issue that was causing the delay. All transactions that we have received today have been allocated, to check your balance you can either call us on 0333 006 3002 or if you are registered for online banking, you will be able to view your balances online or via our mobile app.
Original:- Since this morning, we have not been able to access our transactions for today. This is because Cooperative Bank carried out an update/upgrade over the weekend and following this an issue their end has occured which is causing the delay today.
Coop are working on fixing this issue but there is no time frame for when this will be fixed.
Once we are able to access our transactions, we will get the received funds allocated to your accounts as soon as possible.
