We are closely monitoring the situation and following the advice from our Local Authority, Welsh Government, Public Health Wales and the UK Government.
We are taking every precaution to safeguard our members and staff. Our offices remain open and we have had no confirmed cases of Coronavirus amongst our staff.
However, the situation with Covid-19 is changing every day and it is essential that we make plans to ensure continuity of service to you—our members.
If our access to cash is disrupted or if we are instructed to close branches we need to ensure that you can still get access to your money.

How to Apply
1. Complete an application form in branch or on the Celtic Credit Union web-site.
2. You will receive an activation email from The Change Account—follow the steps on this email to get your card issued.
3. Once you’ve received your card in the post, pop into your nearest Celtic Credit Union branch or ring us so that we can link your card to your credit union account and upload your money on to your card.
